Christopher Norman's hand-carved benches and tables are each made from one solid piece of wood. This particular design was created from a veneer-grade, Mexican-era, 200+ year-old walnut tree from Northern California. The mass and the scale of each piece's curves are unusual yet still relatable. Because of the nature of the non-industrial lumber they're made from, each piece will have a unique and exceptional character. To use outdoors, we recommend custom-ordering in ash or redwood.
